Cancellation & Refund Policy

Refund Policy

We are committed to providing excellent service and ensuring our customers have a positive experience. If you are not satisfied with our service, please contact us so we can address your concerns and attempt to resolve any issues as quickly as possible.

Before Your Property Is Listed in the MLS

You may request a refund of your listing fee under the following conditions:

  • Refund requests must be made within 7 days of placing your order.
  • Your property must not have been submitted or listed in the MLS.

If both conditions are met, you may be eligible for a full refund of the listing fee.

After 7 Days

Refund requests made after 14 days from the purchase date will not be eligible for a refund, regardless of whether the property has been listed.

After Your Property Is Listed in the MLS

Once your property has been submitted or listed in the MLS, the listing service has been fulfilled and no refunds will be issued.

Fraudulent or Unauthorized Listings

Refunds will not be issued if we determine that:

  • The person ordering the listing does not have legal authority to list the property.
  • There is fraudulent, misleading, or unlawful activity related to the listing request.

Cancellation Policy

You may request to cancel your MLS listing at any time by submitting a cancellation request through our website or contacting our support team.

Before the Property Is Listed in the MLS

If your listing has not yet been submitted to the MLS, you may cancel your order without penalties, subject to the refund conditions outlined above.

After the Property Is Listed in the MLS

  • The listing fee becomes non-refundable.
  • The listing may still be cancelled if there is no active or pending contract with a buyer.

MLS Termination Fees

Some MLS systems may charge a small administrative fee to terminate a listing early. If applicable, this fee may be passed on to the seller.

Pending Contracts

Listings cannot be cancelled if there is an active contract or pending transaction involving a buyer procured through the MLS or a cooperating broker.

Reinstating a Cancelled Listing

If you wish to reinstate a previously cancelled listing during the original listing term, we may be able to reactivate it. A reinstatement fee may apply.
