A Flat Fee MLS listing allows homeowners to list their property on the Multiple Listing Service (MLS) for a fixed fee (plus small percentage commission if your property sold) instead of paying a traditional 5%-6% real estate commission.

Your home will appear in the MLS used by agents and will also be syndicated to major real estate websites such as Zillow, Realtor.com, Redfin, and Trulia and most all or larger real estate websites.
