Our brokerage acts as a limited service real estate broker providing MLS listing services for a flat fee.
As the property owner or authorized representative, you agree that:
You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of all listing details including price, property description, square footage, and property condition.
All listings must comply with the rules and regulations of the local MLS and Realtor associations.
You agree to:
Failure to comply with MLS rules may result in fines or penalties imposed by the MLS, which may become the responsibility of the seller.
All listing updates must be submitted through our support team. This includes:
Changes will be processed as quickly as possible but are subject to MLS processing times.
The seller may choose whether or not to offer a buyer agent commission.
If a commission is offered, the seller agrees to pay the cooperating broker commission if the buyer is represented by a licensed real estate agent who brings the buyer to the transaction.
Our Flat Fee MLS service provides limited brokerage services.
Unless specifically included in the package purchased, our services do not include full-service representation, negotiation services, contract management, or closing coordination.
Additional services may be available for an additional fee.
We make every effort to provide accurate listing services, but we are not responsible for errors or omissions resulting from incorrect information provided by the seller.
We are also not responsible for actions taken by buyers, buyer agents, lenders, inspectors, or other third parties involved in the transaction.
